In 2015 I have started Frostscape, a project about exploration and going out of the comfort zone.
As an introspective explorer I have been adventuring solo and unsupported in remote parts of the world.
This involved reconnecting with nature, learning from different cultures, being vulnerable and embracing challenges.
So far, I have undertaken thru hikes in remote wilderness areas in Australia, Iceland, Nepal and USA (Co-hiked).

Adventure is an attitude.

My first book

Materia Instabile is the story of a 28-days-long journey in Iceland.

They talk about me:

What I did learn from adventuring solo:

Be yourself and be curious.

Be ready to fail and understand why.

It is normal to have a bad day, see the positive side.

Walking can be an act of mindfulness and spark creativity.
